The hosts became proprietors of this lovely B&B in 2003 having lived and worked locally for many years. The guesthouse is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the town centre and harbour at Penzance and close to the to the town's coach station and railway station. The accommodation is on two floors, with singles, doubles, twin and family rooms available and all with en-suites. All rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities, television and have a basin and mirror. The attractions of interest nearby are St Michaels Mount, Newlyn, Mousehole, Minack Theatre at Porthcurno, Lands End, St Ives, Flambards Theme Park, and many,many more, All of these Attractions are within a Ten Mile radius of the Guest House. There are many Coves and Beaches such as Sennen, Lamorna & Praa Sands only a short drive away. Other places of interest a little further away are the Eden Project, Lost gardens of Helligan, Lizard Point, Falmouth Seafarers Museum plus many more.
